Welcome to Healthy Aging Perspectives (HAP)

The HAP is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing scholarly knowledge on all dimensions of healthy aging. The journal publishes high-quality research addressing the factors that shape health, well-being, and quality of life across the lifespan, with a particular focus on the challenges and opportunities associated with aging.

The journal welcomes innovative observational and experimental studies, review articles, and practice-oriented contributions that deepen the understanding of aging processes and their implications for individuals, families, communities, and healthcare systems. HAP encourages interdisciplinary research that brings together perspectives from health sciences, social sciences, behavioral sciences, and related fields to provide a comprehensive understanding of healthy aging.
